This is a helpful link to me as a counselor, Rick!! Thanks for sharing. I think this is important for all educators to read, as many of us in the "core" areas don't realize the struggle the "elective" teachers face in keeping their programs going. If more students would elect to take programs in the Industrial Arts area, imagine how many jobs and futures could be inspired!
